How to register for TLF 2008 (30-31 January 2008)

Please register by completing the TLF2008 registration form. All registrations must be accompanied by full payment.

We encourage you to register as soon as possible to take advantage of early registration rates.

Early Bird Registration Fee - before 11 January 2008 (includes all day catering and forum sundowner)	AUD $200 inclusive of GST
Late Registration Fee - after 11 January 2008 (includes all day catering and forum sundowner)	AUD $240 inclusive of GST
One Day Only Registration (includes all day catering NOT forum sundowner)	AUD $160 inclusive of GST
Full-time student registration (includes all day catering NOT forum sundowner)	AUD $130 inclusive of GST
One Day student registration (includes all day catering NOT forum sundowner)	AUD $80 inclusive of GST
Additional persons for forum sundowner (cost per person)	AUD $40 inclusive of GST

The full conference fee will cover attendance at all forum sessions, forum publications, all day catering and the forum sundowner.

Registration fees will not be refunded if you withdraw from the forum after 24 January 2008 but name substitutions are permitted at no extra cost.

A 25% administration charge is applicable if cancellation is made before 24 January 2008.

All participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

Forum Registration on 30-31 January 2008

Registration on Wednesday 30 January starts from 8.15 am. At registration all delegates will receive a forum satchel, program and abstracts book, tickets to the forum sundowner and any relevant forum information.

Forum Sundowner

The forum sundowner will be held on the main Curtin campus at Bentley. Full registration includes the cost of the sundowner.

Please note: The Forum Committee plans to produce a Participant List for distribution to everyone who registers for the forum. Delegates who do not wish to have telephone/email details published need to tick the box on the Registration Form.
