Quality at Edith Cowan University

This paper will address the approach taken to develop a University wide model to quality which enables a consistent methodology across four campuses and 2500 staff.

Topics to be addressed include the ongoing development of the model, its communication, and the provision of appropriate training and development. A workshop format will be used to enable discussion and the sharing of ideas, with the goal being that feedback will assist in ongoing improvement of the approach being used.
