- Commissioners of Declarations;
- Librarians;
- School principals or deputy principals;
- Police officers;
- Minsters of Religion; or

The Unit Controller may use his/her discretion to fail a student for cheating if it is considered that the integrity of the invigilation procedures has been breached or to order the student to sit the exam paper in the next study period under another invigilator in order to properly assess that student.
Instructions for registration of examination:
- Print both a mid-study period and end of study period form.
- Ensure your chosen invigilator is aware of the date and time of the examination before they sign the form. Refer to the exam timetable.

- If you are unsure whether your invigilator is a suitably qualified person, please contact the Examination Officer before submitting your form to avoid unnecessary delays. It is expected that any acceptable invigilator would provide an email address at their place of employment by which verification can occur.
