Curtin's plagiarism policy aims to make actions and decisions more consistent across the University. On the Academic Integrity website you will also find guidelines for staff and for students (updated 2009), together with details of the new Level 1 Plagiarism desktop reporting tool, to be released 1st July 2009.

Computer Assisted Assessment (CAA) can help you give rapid feedback to students, combined with automation of the marking process. The CAA Lab is located in room 105.510 on Level 5 of the TL Robertson library building.
In 2009, OTL commissioned a new optical mark reader, used for rapid and automated marking of specially designed candidate answer sheets and supported by new reporting software customised for Curtin. Find out how to use the system and see samples of reports on these pages.
